It seems like the Z-List is starting to work its way out of the link-counts, as The Age of Conversation is no doubt boosting the totals for the book's authors. The Top 10 was fairly quiet, with Converstations and What's Next trading spots.
Past the Top 10, Influential Marketing has been quietly padding its link count for several weeks now, and could be looking to crack the Top 10 soon. Flooring the Consumer and Customers Rock! had big moves, up 2 and 4 spots respectively.
Marketing Hipster enters the Top 25 at #25, but there are plenty of contestants ready to crash the party, including Biz Solutions Plus, Greg Verdino's Marketing Blog, Experience Curve, Conversation Agent, Tell Ten Friends, Marketing Nirvana and Shotgun Marketing.
Next update is next Wednesday.
The Viral Garden, Marketing, Top 25 Marketing Blogs
Every week I check. Every week I'm not on the list.
Doug of the blogs that make the Top 25, I don't like to focus on blogs that concentrate on certain areas, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and sales/lead generation. Your blog covers some of these areas, and also others such as traditional marketing, social media, and blogging. I think the content ratio is borderline, but I will keep an eye on your blog. That's why I make a point to call it 'The Viral Garden's Top 25 Marketing Blogs', because I use my own judgment in assembling the list.
Holy Cow (it can be purple, if you'd like), Mack. 1,200+ readers. That is awesome. Today I also saw your blog on some Italian blogrolls...
Thanks Valeria! I did some digging and found that FeedBurner wasn't tracking all my feeds, so I used a new feed-redirect feature they added to Blogger that is supposed to send any version of this blog's feed back to the FeedBurner version. This way, Feedburner can accurately track how many people are accessing my feed. Mine almost doubled as soon as I did it, and I've read that most other Blogspot bloggers are noting the same bump.
I think TypePad already does this, but you might want to check to make sure.
Mack; Thanks for pointing out the Blogger feed setting. I just adjusted mine and look forward to seeing what happens.
