The Top 25 Marketing Blogs has its logo

Thanks to David Armano of Logic + Emotion, for creating a great logo for the Top 25 Marketing Blogs. Pretty cool huh? If you're in the Top 25 and want to add the logo to your blog (and why wouldn't you?!?), just copy and save a copy for yourself! I've already added mine to my sidebar.

Looks great on L+E, with your style and color scheme it blends in perfectly!

Oh, you and David just upped the ante, didn't you? Another reason to aspire to the Top 25. Sigh...

Nedra, Spare Change is very close right now, so it's only a matter of time before you join us, I'm sure ;)

Nice work, DA...as always. I'd recognize your signature "men's restroom" style anywhere! Love ya!

David and Mack:

Great!

So where does this neat logo link?

Is it updated to link to the most current top 25 list?

Well I thinking use the logo as a 'badge' to add to your blog if you are in the Top 25. But it would be cool if it could link back to the updated Top 25 list every week. CK had asked about that a few weeks ago.

Someone told me I needed to make an OPML file for it so it would update every week, does that sound right? The reason why I haven't done this is because I have no idea what the process would be ;)

Mack, great idea (Dave too)

Here's a post on how to make categories on Blogger - though I'd hate to think you have to backtrack:
http://netcf2.blogspot.com/2005/11/blogging-categories-categories.html

I tried a blogsearch, but I'm only getting the last three entries. For now, I'll point to the week 22 (it might be the only time I make the list:-))

Mike I added the category hack to the sidebar, but it doesn't seem to create categories as other blogging formats do, just a link to a Google blog search for the category name (in this case, Top 25 Marketing blogs). Not exactly what we need, I don't think, but still useful, thanks!

Hi Mack,
Cool logo, David! This suggestion might not be what you want, but... If too complicated to make categories on Blogger, what if you create another (new, separated) blog there, just to publish the list? Everyone could link your logo to the top page of the blog, automatically updated everytime you post the new list there. Something like : top25marketingblogs.blogspot.com

Damn, no catagories in blogger? That sucks. I don't think its practical to ask everyone to change the link everytime. That catagory hack is a bad idea because you don't get backlinks to your domain, they all point to google, and they dont' need any more links :-)

It might be worth creating a link in the right sidebar that points to the most recent one every week, and everyones image can just link back to your blog.
